On February 12, an online panel was held to reflect and debate on the Impact of Information Technologies on Higher Education. The panel was attended by several experts in the field, who reflected on various aspects of the digital university, such as academic offerings, technologies applied to learning or IT governance.

Professors Ángel Fidalgo, José Luis Lázaro, Salvador Ros and Faraón Llorens introduced the debate from five main lines:

1) The delocalisation of knowledge

2) Technologies applied to learning

3) Beyond the Campus: technology and alliances, mobility and collaboration

4) IT governance

5) The digital university: quality assessment and accountability.
