Laura Hernández Lorenzo, Researcher of POSTDATA project, has participated in the AISO 2020 Conference (International Association “Siglo de Oro”) that was held virtually last November 6th, 2020 and was organized by AISO and the University of Neuchâtel.
Laura Hernández Lorenzo presented POSTDATA as one of the most relevant Digital Humanities projects. She stressed the importance of POSTDATA ontologies for the standardization of European Poetry. Also, she pointed out how this project is bridging the gap between Natural Language Processing and Poetry, for instance with the publication of the automatic scansion and syllabification tool, Rantanplan.
